There are no steps to the front door, which is situated at the rear of the building – only a gentle slope from Newcomen Road. The windows overlook this road, with glimpses of the river.
Apartment 1 on the ground floor can accommodate four persons. The lounge/dining-room has a full size double bed-settee, colour television and electric fires. Bedroom with double bed, kitchen with electric cooker and refigerator. Bathroom and WC combined with bath and shower.
Apartment 2 on the first floor, which can accommodate four to six persons, has an open plan living-room with a full size double bed-settee, colour television and electric fire; bedroom with double bed and two single beds; bathroom and WC combined.
Car parking is difficult in Dartmouth, but we are able to offer one space per apartment at our own private car park – only five minutes' level walk away.
