Dartside Court Holiday Apartments Spectacular views of the Dart estuary are just one of the superb features of Dartside Court. It is a purpose built building with a separate balcony to each of nine apartments. There is a pleasant walled garden to the rear and undercover parking for one car per apartment. The situation is central, level and close to the shopping centre, being about 50 yards from the River Dart. Coronation Park – about 100 yards away, has putting greens, tennis courts, dinghy park, children's play area and an extensive playing field where you can play games or just sit and watch the boats go by.

The apartments are modern and very spacious – fitted carpets throughout and quite self-contained, each with its own front door. Each has a large lining-room with colour television, electric fires, two bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker and refrigerator. All electricity is by £1 slot meter. Half-tiled bathroom and WC with instant flow electric showers. The accommodation is arranged to take from two to seven persons with every facility. Apartments 2, 3, 5, 6, 8 and 9 sleep six persons – having a double bed-settee in the dining- room, bedroom 1 has a double bed, and bedroom 2, twin beds. Apartments 1, 4 and 7 sleep up to seven persons, accommodated as above, but bedroom 2 allows for a double and a single bed. Bed linen and a cot are available on request when booking.
