The weeks with prices in bold and an * require an ingoing deposit of £100. This deposit will be returned by post within seven days of the apartment being vacated, providing the apartment has been left as found.

A special offer of 10% discount is available for all 14 day bookings over the Christmas & New Year period.

The above prices are for two persons with the exception of those in bold marked with an * which are for four persons. Where accommodation will sleep larger numbers, a surcharge is made as follows:

Holiday cancellation insurance – premium £19 per booking.
Towels and hair dryers £5 per week

A booking deposit of one third of the rental should accompany your completed booking form (available on line). Unforeseen circumstances could cause you to cancel your holiday which would make you liable for the full hire terms for the apartment. For your protection, we have arranged a special insurance scheme to cover all clients booking with us. The premium is £19.00 and should be added to your booking deposit. We will assume that cover is required unless you indicate otherwise. There will be a 2% surcharge on credit card bookings.
